Filmmaker Jas Shelton announced he’s currently in a negotiation process so his documentary Kings of Cabo can be broadcasted on Netflix or HBO. At a press conference, he talked about this controversial film project, involving Punta Lobos legal representative John Moreno Rutowski. Moreno would allegedly be part of a fraud against American citizen Cara Singleton in Todos Santos.
